How long does it take to process my personalized order?
Since each item is custom-made, processing typically takes 3-5 business days before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, this timeframe may extend slightly.
Can I change the text on my monogram after placing an order?
We begin the customization process shortly after an order is placed. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase to request any changes to your personalization.
What is your return policy for customized items?
Because personalized items are unique to you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part.
