At Monogram Online, we strive for perfection in every personalized piece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that custom-engraved items are subject to specific conditions due to their unique nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all certificates and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
